At 5 Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. If your new pair isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution so you can find the right style.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
